How the virtual program works
1. Phone consultation
We talk by phone to review your skin, your history, your products, and the things that keep triggering breakouts — diet, medications, stress, hormones, and the pore-clogging ingredients hiding in what you already use. No travel, no waiting room, no video call required.
2. Your custom home-care routine
Within a day or two you receive a simple, acne-safe routine matched to your skin type and tolerance. No guessing, no wall of products, and nothing that clogs your pores — only what your skin actually needs.
3. Guided adjustments every 2 weeks
Every two weeks you upload progress photos of your skin. From there you choose how to check in: fill out a quick update form, or fill out the form and talk it through with me over the phone. I review your photos and form, adjust your routine as your skin changes, and clear congestion with the right professional-grade home peels and treatments shipped to you.
4. Coaching between visits
Acne clearing isn't only products — it's consistency. I check in between visits by text and email, answer your questions, and help you stay on track. Most clients see meaningful clearing within 12 weeks.

- How do we look at my skin without a video call?

- Do I have to change all my products?

- Do you treat teenagers virtually?
- Yes. Teens are a big part of my practice, and the routine is kept simple enough for a busy teenager to actually follow. Clients under 18 join with a parent or guardian.
